This reset flow changes customer portal sign-in only. It does not change internal operator access or widen the portal beyond existing invoice and statement visibility.
- The response stays the same whether the address is recognised or not.
- Reset links remain invitation-based and customer-account scoped.
Reset portal password
Enter the portal email address. If the account is active and invitation-based access was already accepted, a reset link will be issued. For security, the response is the same whether the address is recognised or not.
